Terms of Service

Welcome to ACIES ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ACIES website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

• "Service"Refers to the ACIES website, mobile applications, and all related services.
• "User"Refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
• "Account"A registered profile that allows you to access certain features of the Service.
• "Products"Goods offered for sale through the Service, including but not limited to fashion items, accessories, and lifestyle products.
• "Personal Data"Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person as defined under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

You must be at least 18 years old to create an Account and use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your profile updated.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or violates these Terms.

4.1 Product Information

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will be exact.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable taxes unless explicitly noted. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money)
• Debit and Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
• Cash on Delivery (available in selected areas of Accra and Tema only)
• Bank Transfer

4.4 Payment Security

All payment transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology. We comply with the Payment Systems and Services Act, 2019 (Act 987) and do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

5.1 Delivery Options

• Standard Delivery: 2-5 business days nationwide
• Express Delivery: 1-2 business days
• Same-Day Delivery: Available in Accra only (orders placed before 12 PM GMT)

5.2 Delivery Areas

We deliver to all regions in Ghana including Accra, Kumasi, Takoradi, Cape Coast, Tamale, and nationwide. International shipping is not currently available.

5.3 Risk of Loss

All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5.4 Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver within the stated timeframes, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. We will notify you of any significant delays via email or SMS.

6.1 Return Policy

You may return unworn, unused items with original tags and packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

• Items without original tags
• Worn, washed, or damaged items
• Sale or clearance items (final sale)
• Undergarments and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

6.3 Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6.4 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Contact us before sending returns.

All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of ACIES or its content suppliers and is protected by Ghanaian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from our Service without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ACIES and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, including but not limited to:

• Electronic Transactions Act, 2008 (Act 772)
• Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843)
• Sale of Goods Act, 1963 (Act 137)
• Consumer protection regulations

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
